# I'm having trouble logging in to my account with my email and also getting into my github

Hi, I’m having trouble logging in to my account with my email and also getting into my github. I’ve already deployed something using the same git but when I log in it says I need additional verification. No email is sent to my email from netifly. I’ve also tried to create an account with the same email, no email is sent. I used a different email to sign up but when I click to connect to my git, it says " Authenticating failed due to the following error: **bad\_verification\_code: The code passed is incorrect or expired. error=bad\_verification\_code&error\_description=The+code+passed+is+incorrect+or+expired.&error\_uri=https%3A%2F%[2Fdocs.github.com](http://2Fdocs.github.com)%2Fapps%2Fmanaging-oauth-apps%2Ftroubleshooting-oauth-app-access-token-request-errors%2F%23bad-verification-code**"
