[Human Agent Required] Cannot release domains 24flow.org and matharadee.works (Support form error)

Hi Netlify Support Team (Human Agent),

I need help releasing two domains that are currently locked under another/deleted account so I can add them to my current account (works.24flow@gmail.com).

Domains:

  1. 24flow.org

  2. matharadee.works

What I have done so far:

  1. I have already added the required DNS TXT records (verified-for-netlify.24flow.org) for both domains pointing to my forum post.

  3. I tried submitting a support ticket via [netlify.com/support](https://netlify.com/support) under “Release a domain from another account”, but the form gave me this error:

    “This domain’s DNS doesn’t point to Netlify. Double-check the spelling, or it may not be on Netlify.”

Since the form is blocked and the automated AI bot (kapa.ai) cannot process domain releases, could a human staff member please verify my DNS TXT records and manually release these two domains for me?
