Hi team,
My custom domain zornitza.info and its subdomain www.zornitza.info are configured with external DNS (A and CNAME records) pointing to Netlify.
DNS is correctly verified, the site loads fine over HTTP at www.zornitza.info, but HTTPS is not available. Netlify shows the message:
“We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes.”
This has been stuck for over 24 hours. I’ve already removed and re-added the domains (starting with www), waited for propagation, and verified the setup is correct.
Can someone help reset the certificate provisioning process?
