Hi Netlify team,
I’m unable to renew the Let’s Encrypt certificate for my production site shadesbymaira.com.
Current error:
DNS verification failed
shadesbymaira.com doesn't appear to be served by Netlify
Current setup:
- Site:
candid-starlight-db1d6d - DNS provider: Namecheap BasicDNS
- Apex A records:
75.2.60.599.83.190.102
wwwCNAME →candid-starlight-db1d6d.netlify.app
I’ve verified that:
- DNS has fully propagated (confirmed with DNSChecker).
https://shadesbymaira.comloads the site correctly.- Project Overview recognizes
shadesbymaira.comas the production domain. - However, Domain Management keeps showing “Netlify DNS propagating…” for the apex domain, while
wwwis verified.
The current certificate also includes *.shadesbymaira.com, even though I only use:
shadesbymaira.comwww.shadesbymaira.com
Could someone please check why the apex domain verification appears to be stuck and why the certificate renewal is failing?
Thanks!
