Hello Netlify Community,
My open-source project website is currently suspended because the team reached the Free plan credit limit.
I have already completed the requirements for the Netlify Open Source Plan, including:
- an OSI-approved open-source licence;
- a public Code of Conduct;
- a “Powered by Netlify” badge and link;
- a public GitHub repository.
I have also submitted the official Open Source Plan application and contacted Netlify Support. My support request was received under ticket #1080116.

The site is currently offline because the credit allowance was exhausted. The required Netlify badge is already included in the public repository and will be visible on the live site once the project is restored.
Could someone please clarify:
- How long does the review of a Netlify Open Source Plan application usually take?
- Is the review time counted in business days?
- After approval, how long does it normally take for a suspended website to be restored?
- Is there anything else I should provide through support ticket #1080116 to help the review proceed more quickly?
I understand that the community forum cannot approve the application directly. I am mainly trying to understand the expected review and restoration timeline.
