How can i solve the Authentication Error?

Hi there! I am a Chinese university student! I have deployed a website with netlify a few months ago , but recently when I want to continue using netlify, it shows the following error, how can I solve it? I really want to continue to use Netlify’s service for learning use, I hope you can solve my problem. I use the Github account to sign up for netlify and my error shows the following: Authentication Error
Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.
