# Hi DNS Zone release request for autocrypto.online

Hi Netlify Support,

I lost access to my old Netlify account where I had my domain “autocrypto.online” managed by Netlify DNS.

I am trying to add “autocrypto.online” to my new Netlify site “spectacular-khapse-7f3d90.netlify.app”, but I get the error: “already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”.

To prove my ownership, I have successfully added the TXT verification record at Namecheap with:

- Host: verified-for-netlify
- Value: [https://spectacular-khapse-7f3d90.netlify.app/](https://spectacular-khapse-7f3d90.netlify.app/)

Could you please manually remove the old DNS zone/team association from the previous account so I can add it to my new site?
