Help! unable to provision a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain. DNS verification passes successfully, but clicking “Provision certificate” returns the error: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

It appears there may be a stale certificate record attached to my project blocking the new one from being provisioned.

  • Netlify site name: spontaneous-sawine-7899db

  • Custom domain: [paste your actual domain here, e.g., 2517rockefeller.com]

  • DNS provider: Netlify DNS

  • DNS verification: :white_check_mark: successful

Could you please reset/clear the existing certificate state on your end so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?
