# Authentication Error

Authenticating failed due to the following error: **Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.**

I am experiencing an automated block while trying to access my account. I receive the following error message:

“Authentication Error - Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”

Could a support please review my account and provide a solution so I can verify and login into my account?
