Hello Netlify Support,
I’m reaching out because I’m currently unable to manage a site I previously deployed using Netlify. The issue is that the Netlify account I used is tied to an old GitHub account, which in turn is linked to an old Gmail address that I no longer have access to.
As a result, I can no longer log in to the original Netlify account or access the site and domain settings associated with it. I have since created a new Netlify account, and I would like to either transfer ownership of the old deployment (if possible) or have the old site and domain associations removed so I can redeploy using the new account.
that old deployed website – tonysaran.netlify.app
Here’s a summary of the situation:
- Old Netlify account* is inaccessible (tied to an old GitHub and Gmail).
Current site or domain is still linked to that account, preventing me from adding or redeploying it on my new Netlify account. - I can verify ownership of any custom domains if required.
Could you please assist in either transferring or removing the old deployment and domain association so I can move forward?
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Tony Saran
