Help, I need admin help to delete our company's old webpage

Hi Admin,

We’ve had some team changes, and it looks like this older site slipped through our awarenss: https://digitalx.netlify.app/

Could you please help take it down? I’m not sure where the contact form submissions are going, and we now use our own domain for the current DigitalX website.

@run-digitalx Was the site within an account related to your forum account?

I’d imagine you may need to provide some ‘proof of ownership’ in some way.

(Just as otherwise Netlify’s staff could be weaponized to delete sites.)

Unfortunately, not sure which DigitalX employee originally created the Netlify account. :frowning:
I’m happy to provide evidence of ownership for our current domain name if that helps with verification.

@run-digitalx You won’t need to provide anything to me, I don’t work for Netlify.

Just something to think about once you get in touch with them.

For example if your current domain is digitalx.com I wasn’t able to match up the ABN, the digital agency, or even any of the team/board members etc.

Proving you own a particular domain is one thing, but the Netlify subdomain space hosts sites around the world with many TLD’s, so digitalx could be .com, .co, .net, .io etc

So what you would be seeking to prove to Netlify, (not to me), is that you’re a representative of the same company that the “old site” is for.
