Having issues migrating and turning off DNSSEC

i want to migrate my website to hostinger i downloaded the zip files and uploaded them to hostinger extracted them but not even my website previews is working i talked to customer service and they said its because DNSSEC is turned on and once i turn it off all issues should be fixed however im new to all of this and i am confused.

Hi, @daniel23. You are not using Netlify DNS in any way so we cannot assist you with DNSSEC issues. If you are having issues at hostinger and they say the DNSSEC needs to disabled then you will likely need to do that at the registrar where you registered the domain in question.
