Hello, not trying to be spammy. I didn’t see this as a sticky thread so I made a separate thread for this exact problem. Is it more appropriate to post here?

I’m currently under the Pro trial until June 22nd. I’m trying to test out if I want to move hosting over from GoDaddy (cpanel) to Netlify. I’m having issues with my contact form. My server is working correctly and sends me the email but for the user my website crashes within 10 seconds due to the 10 second function timeout.

Hi, can you please increase the timeout for this site ID a12263bf-35e4-4fc3-a276-4d38042a8bfc? It is currently on Pro Plan, and the function times out in 10 seconds, which is not enough for the API to respond. Thank you.

Hi @meloluislp ! we can definitely bump you up to 26 seconds, but you’ll need to be on the Pro tier for us to make that change - that’s a requirement that applies to everyone who wants a bigger timeout. You can upgrade to Pro easily through the Netlify UI dashboard.

If you let us know when you have upgraded, we can change the settings for you!
