Function timeout increase to 26s — Personal plan, Anthropic streaming

Hi Netlify team,

I’m on the Personal plan and would like to request a function
timeout increase to 26 seconds for my site.

I’m proxying Anthropic API calls (Claude Sonnet 4.5) for an
educational platform that helps people prepare for civil service
exams in Spain. Some calls (test generation with 10-20 questions
and detailed explanations) take 20-25 seconds via streaming. The
default 10s timeout is causing truncated responses for these
legitimate long-running calls.

I have already configured timeout = 26 in netlify.toml under
[functions.“ai”]. Please activate the extended timeout on your
end so the configuration takes effect.

@SamO @luke could you help me with this request when you have a moment? It’s been pending for 8 days and I’d really appreciate getting the timeout activated so my AI streaming responses can complete properly.
