Hi there,
In recent months we see a lot of function crashes (502 - The deployment failed while serving the request). It happens randomly to any of our functions and resolves itself by retrying the action 1-2 times. I don’t think this is a timeout issue because the crash happens after 2-3 seconds.
By looking through the support forum I found that this might be related to cold-start issues after 15 minutes of inactivity. If that’s the case, what is the recommended workaround / strategy to overcome this?
