Frontend freezing, not loading, waiting for cache

Hi there @solvengo,

I apologize that this hasn’t been a smoother experience for you and that this issue has not been resolved in a faster manner. I have shared your thread again with our team, as it is past my debugging skills.

The Support team is currently growing, and we do our best to respond to everyone in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this thread has had a bit or a delay as we have had more on our plate than usual.

I see that you’ve been a forum member for a few years now and I hope we’ve built enough trust over that time that you’ll stick around. If not, I will be sure to share that this had a deciding impact on your time at Netlify.

Again, I hope to have more information for you as soon as possible.

Thank you for the update.

We’re going to deploy the new changes on Netlify and hope for the best.
We have a back-up plan in case things go wrong.

In the meantime, I discovered that this problem occurs less when the cache is not disabled on Chrome (1 out of 100). Hence why I couldn’t reproduce it on Firefox, as I use Chrome for development I had the cache set to disabled.

Hope this helps your team to look into this problem. We would still like to know as fast as possible about what’s going wrong.

Hey there, @solvengo

A member of our Support Team has followed up via the helpdesk ticket you opened. You should now have a response in your email! If you do not see any outreach there, let me know.
