Free team stuck in operational mode — production deploys return 403

Hi Netlify Support,

My Free team maflereano appears to be incorrectly stuck in operational mode.

Production deploys for studyflow-lab are returning 403 Forbidden from both Netlify CLI and GitHub Actions.

I have verified that:

  • the authenticated user maflereano@gmail.com is the team Owner;
  • the site studyflow-lab is active;
  • there are no usage-exceeded flags;
  • builds complete successfully;
  • the site configuration allows production deploys;
  • the API reports in_operational_mode: true.

Production deployments were working normally before this operational-credit state appeared.

Could you please review the team and clear/reset the operational-credit flag so production deployments can resume?

My team’s deploys are paused and I believe I’ve hit the known July/August 2026 bug where a Free-plan team is flagged as over its credit/operational limit even

though no usage is actually exceeded.Please clear the stuck operational-mode flag and re-enable deploys,
