Hi Netlify Team,
My free team account named VOXIS is currently locked by a red banner stating we have run out of credits and that production deploys are disabled.
However, my Usage & Billing dashboard clearly shows we have 30/30 credits available for our current billing period running Jun 17 to Jul 16.
This matches the known credit-migration bug where the stuck internal flag didn’t clear. Could a staff member please check my account and manually clear the stuck run-out flag so our site and production deploys can function normally?
