My team is on the free plan and Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available, but I’m getting the “production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” banner anyway. My site name is match-365. This seems to be the same bug other users have reported this month.
Same issue here. Team: KalAI (slug maltafhussains), Free plan. Sites: altaf-ifs-tool.netlify.app and uae-corporate-tax-return.netlify.app. Billing period just started (Jul 31 to Aug 30), Usage and Billing shows 30 credits available, but the “running on operational credits, production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” banner is blocking Netlify Drop deploys anyway. Both sites are lightweight static single-file HTML, no functions or database, so burning most of a fresh 300-credit cycle in under a week doesn’t match actual usage. Would appreciate a look at this team’s account.
