My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, the Usage & Billing page shows 29.6/30 credits remaining (granted September 26, 2026, expiring October 26, 2026), labeled as operational credits with a warning icon. This matches the known stuck operational-credits flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams since July 2026.
Could you please check my team and reset the flag so production deploys can resume?
