Hi Netlify team,
My team “talentosbr” is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner “talentosbr is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available, not zero.
This matches the known operational-credits stuck-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently (the same issue has been reported repeatedly on this forum over the past few weeks).
