Free plan stuck on operational credits - production deploys paused

Hello,My free tier account is currently blocked from publishing production deploys. My dashboard displays the banner: "My team is now running on operational credits."However, looking at my billing page, I have 30/30 credits available and have not exhausted my limits. This seems to be the known stuck-flag issue.Could an administrator please reset the restriction on my account?

I have the same issue. My Free plan shows 30 credits available, but production deploys are blocked and the account says it is running on operational credits. My published site is still online, but I cannot deploy new versions. Could you please check and reset the stuck credit flag for my team?
