# Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused

Hi Netlify team,

My team “Collins Precast” is on the Free plan and showing the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently.
