# Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused (team: segreteriadomicare)

Hello, my free-plan team “segreteriadomicare” shows the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, and I can no longer publish new production deploys to my site sad-domicare-gestionale.netlify.app (deployed via Netlify Drop). The published site is still live, but every new deploy is blocked. This appears to be the same operational-credits bug several other free-plan users have reported in September 2026, where deploys are paused even though credits are still available. Could you please re-enable production deploys for my team? Thank you.
