# Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused (site: sebella.co)

Hi Netlify team, My team is on the Free plan and shows the banner “is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” Site: boisterous-chaja-3fadb9 ([sebella.co](http://sebella.co)) This looks like the known operational-credits flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently. Could you please check my actual credit balance and reset the flag so production deploys can resume?
