Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused despite credits available

Team: Uneed Bangladesh (slug: awsafhasan22)
Plan: Free
Billing period: Aug 16 – Sep 15
Credits available: 29 (with warning icon shown next to it)

Issue: The dashboard banner says “running on operational credits —
production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but my Usage &
Billing page shows 29 credits available (not 0), and Concurrent
builds shows 0/1. This matches the known July/August 2026
credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently.

Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys
for this team? Thank you.

Hello Netlify Support,

My team is on the Free plan and currently has 30 credits available for the billing period Aug 15 – Sep 14, 2026.

However, my dashboard shows:

“Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”

Production deploys are blocked even though I still have 30 credits available.

Could you please check and reset the operational credits flag for my team and re-enable production deploys?
