Hello Netlify Support,
I am having an issue with my Free plan account.
My site is:
semilladeluzofficial.netlify.app
The dashboard shows that I have credits available, but I am receiving a message saying that the team is “running on operational credits” and that production deploys are paused.
In Usage & Billing, the account shows available credits, and the Credits section says “No credit usage.” However, I still cannot deploy changes to production.
My plan is Free.
Could you please check my account and reset the issue if there is a stuck credit or deployment flag?
I have attached screenshots showing the available credits and the message I am receiving.
