Hi Netlify team,
My team “GEOMÁTICA” (Free plan, billing period Jul 7 – Aug 6) shows the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”.
The plan states 300 credits/month, but the monthly credits were never granted. My balance shows only 29.3/30 operational credits granted August 1, 2026.
I have made fewer than 10 production deploys this cycle, which at 15 credits each is far below the 300 monthly allowance.
This matches the known July 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams. Please reset the flag and restore the monthly credits for my team.
