Hello Netlify team,
My team “ateliertrestres” (Free plan, site ateliertrestres.org) is showing the banner “ateliertrestres’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
This matches the known stuck-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams this week (July/August 2026) on the Netlify Support Forums, where production deploys are blocked even though the team still has a remaining credit balance.
Recent deploys have been skipped with the message “Skipped due to account credit usage exceeded,” even though I have not knowingly used anywhere near a full month’s build allowance — this is a brand new project with only a handful of small deploys so far.
Could you please check my team’s account, reset the stuck credit flag, and re-enable production deploys?
