Hi Netlify team,
My Free plan team is showing the banner: “Energy Control S.A.
is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are
still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
Team name: Energy Control S.A.
Team slug: energycontrolec
Plan: Free
Project affected: consultitan-crm (consultitan-crm.netlify.app)
Last successful deploy: Sep 23, via Netlify Drop
I have not exceeded my build minutes and I cannot publish updates
to my site. This looks like the same stuck credit-flag issue
reported by several other Free plan teams in recent threads.
Could an admin please reset the credit state on my team so I can
resume production deploys?
Thank you.
