My Free plan team is stuck on operational credits, and production deploys are paused.
Team: Emmanuel
Billing period: Sep 14 – Oct 13, 2026
Dashboard shows only 29 credits available, labeled with a warning icon, even though the Free plan should provide 300 credits/month, and this billing cycle just started 2 days ago.
This matches the known “stuck operational-credits flag” bug that many other Free plan teams have reported since July 2026 (e.g. similar threads: “Free plan stuck on operational credits after new billing cycle started”).
Could you please check whether my team is affected by this issue, reset the stuck flag, and grant the full 300 monthly credits?
