# Free plan stuck on operational credits despite 30/300 credits available

Team: ゴルフスコアアプリ  
Plan: Free  
Billing period: Aug 8 – Sep 7  
Credits available: 30/300

The banner says “running on operational credits — production  
deploys are paused,” but Usage & Billing shows 30/300 credits  
still available. This looks like the same stuck credit-flag bug  
other Free plan teams have reported this month. Could you please  
reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
