My team “ahmedbenmakhlouf321’s team” (Free plan) is showing the banner
“is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent
Runners are paused,” but my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits
available (billing period Jul 30 – Aug 29). Concurrent builds: 0/1.
This matches the known operational-credits flag bug reported by many
other Free plan teams this month. Could you please reset the stuck
flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
