# Free plan stuck on operational credits despite 30/30 available

Plan: Free

My team shows “running on operational credits” and production deploys are blocked, but Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available (with warning icon). This matches the known stuck credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams recently. Could you please reset the flag?
