# Free plan stuck on "operational credits" banner with 29.9/30 credits available

Hello Netlify Support Team,

My Free plan account is currently stuck in the “operational credits” state, and my production deploys are paused.However, my Usage & Billing page clearly shows that I have 29.9 / 30 credits available for the current billing cycle.Could an administrator please look into my account, reset the stale credit flag, and re-enable my production deployments?Team Name: Dnl, Site Name / App ID:gerdo.netlify.app
