My team “kayventechweb” (Free plan, billing period Aug 26 - Sep 25) shows the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” My credit usage this period is 309 (mostly from initial setup/test deploys on Aug 26-28), and Usage & Billing shows 26 operational credits available, but these can’t be spent on production deploys per the banner.
Is this expected behavior after exceeding the monthly 300 credit allowance, or is this the known stuck credit-flag bug reported by other Free plan teams? If it’s the flag bug, could you reset it? If it’s genuine monthly exhaustion, is there any way to resume production deploys before the Sep 25 reset without upgrading?
