Our team (dvjvdariimaa’s team) has been stuck with the “running on operational credits” banner for over a week now. Production deploys and Agent Runners are paused, even though our Usage & Billing page clearly shows:
- Team slug: dvjvdariimaa
- Billing period: Sep 5 to Oct 4
- Credits available: 30/30
We have redeployed multiple times (drag-and-drop) and the deploys either get skipped or don’t take effect on the live site. Our site itself stays live, but we cannot push any updates.
This matches the known “stuck operational-credits flag” issue reported by other Free plan users. Could someone please manually reset this flag for our team?
