Hi Netlify team,
My team “Iskandara” is on the Free plan and shows the banner
“is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, Usage & Billing shows 27.1 / 30 credits remaining,
labeled “Operational credits”, granted September 12, 2026,
expiring October 10, 2026. The plan shows 300 credits/month
but only 30 are reflected.
This looks like the known stuck operational-credits flag bug
reported by several other Free plan teams since July 2026.
