My site kotastone.co was paused last month due to a credit shortfall. My billing cycle has since renewed and my Usage & Billing page now shows 300/300 credits remaining (Free plan credits, granted September 16, 2026, expiring October 16, 2026), with 0 credits used and “No credit usage for the current period.”
Despite this, the site is still stuck showing “Project has been paused” and hasn’t resumed automatically. I’ve also tried a manual redeploy, which didn’t clear the pause status.
This matches the “stuck operational credits flag” issue others have reported recently. Could someone please manually check and reset the pause flag on my team/site so it can go back online?
