My team was created on Jul 4, five days ago. It hosts a single static
HTML site (~300 KB, no functions, no Agent Runners, no AI features used).
The Usage & billing page shows “Credits available: 29”, but the banner on
Current services says:
“You’ve run out of credits. Your projects may go offline and production
deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
There is also a mismatch between two pages: Current services advertises
“300 credits/month” for the Free plan, while Usage & billing shows 29
credits available.
I have never used Agent Runners or any AI feature. Deploys are triggered
only by git push to a small static site.
Could you please clear the stuck credit flag on this account and re-enable
production deploys? Several other Free-plan users have reported the same
symptom this week.
