Free plan shows "run out of credits" but 30/30 credits available — deploys block

Hi Netlify team,

My team Agroconsultor (Free plan) shows the red banner: “Agroconsultor has run out of credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”

However, my Usage & Billing page shows Credits available: 30.

  • Team: Agroconsultor
  • Team slug: agroconsultorsalavirtual
  • Plan: Free
  • Billing period: Jul 9 – Aug 8, 2026
  • Credits available: 30
  • Concurrent builds: 0/1

My projects are small static sites (Vite + React, no functions, no Agent Runners). Production deploys from GitHub are blocked even though I have credits available.

This looks like the known July 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan users this week. Could you please reset the flag on my team and re-enable deploys?

Same issue here. Team slug: laksina-c23. 30/30 credits available, billing period Jun 26 – Jul 25, production deploys still blocked.
