Free plan running on operational credits — production deploys paused (team: mugavilbayramov)

Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows this banner:
“mugavilbayramov’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
Because of this I can no longer deploy updates to my site. Both drag-and-drop ZIP uploads and Trigger deploy are blocked. The currently published version is still live, but I cannot publish the new version I have ready.

- Site type: small static single-file HTML site, no build process, no functions
This is a very small static site with only a handful of manual deploys, so I don’t believe the credit allowance should be exhausted. Several other Free plan teams have reported the same banner recently while still having credits available, so this may be the same issue.
Could you please check my team and, if this is the known credit-flag issue, reset the flag and re-enable production deploys?
If the credits really are used up, could you please tell me the exact date my billing period resets so I know when deploys will resume?
