Free plan project still paused after credit reset (300/300 available)

Hi, my project radiant-salmiakki-d08325.netlify.app (custom domain mondiario.it) is still marked as “Paused” and the domain returns “Site not found”.

My billing period renewed on September 5 and Usage & billing shows 300 credits available, so the project should have resumed automatically, but it hasn’t. Visitor access is set to Public. The last successful deploy was on September 3.

Could someone from the team please manually remove the pause on my project?

Hi team,

Bumping this thread as my site (mondiario.it / radiant-salmiakki-d08325.netlify.app) is still stuck in “Paused” status.

I upgraded to the paid Personal plan to get priority support and sent a very detailed email to the help desk on Saturday, providing screenshots, billing info, and the Netlify Internal ID (01M2WSYCSC0XZBWMF7M1JGZXKJ). I also replied “Yes” to the automated bot to confirm.

However, I haven’t received any updates from an agent yet, and my travel site is completely offline (404 error). Could a moderator please look into this and push my ticket to an agent for a manual unpause?
