My Free plan team appears to be stuck on operational credits, and production deployments have been paused even though credits are available.

Plan: Free
Current billing period: Sep 14 – Oct 13
Credits available: 30
My Usage & Billing page currently shows 30 credits available, but I still see the warning that my team is operating on operational credits and that production deployments are paused.

Could you please check my team and reset/clear the stuck operational-credits flag so that production deployments can be enabled again?
I have attached a screenshot of the Usage & Billing page showing the available credits and the current billing period.
