Hello Netlify Support,
My team is on the Free plan, and my dashboard shows 29.4 / 30 operational credits remaining.
Website Pioneerhomehealthcare.com
The credits were granted on August 12, 2026 and expire on September 12, 2026.
However, my Netlify dashboard says:
“Production deploys are paused because your team has used all of its available credits for this billing cycle.”
I am unable to deploy an update to my existing website.
Could you please check my account and reset the production-deploy restriction if this is the current Free-plan credit flag issue?
I do not want to upgrade to a paid plan. I would like to continue using the Free plan.
