Title:
Free Plan — Production deploys and Agent Runners paused despite credits available
Message:
Hello Netlify Support,
My team is on the Free plan and my dashboard shows the following message:
“Delegal is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
- Plan: Free
- Billing period: September 1 – September 30, 2026
- Credits available: 30
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
My website has not yet been officially launched and I need to continue making modifications to the landing page.
Could you please check whether my team is affected by the operational credits flag issue reported by other Free plan users and reset the flag if appropriate?
I would appreciate it if production deploys and Agent Runners could be re-enabled without upgrading to a paid plan.
