# Free plan paused — appears to be the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug

Hi Netlify team,

My site is showing as paused on the free plan. My site URL is sprinter144-build-manifest.netlify.app. This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug that several other free plan users have reported recently.

Could you please reset the flag and re-enable my site? Happy to provide any additional account details needed.
