Title: Free plan: monthly 300 credits not granted for Sep 5 – Oct 4, production deploys paused

Build problem: None. This is not a build failure. Production deploys are paused by a team-level block, so there is no build log to share.
Problem:
My team (mohdkauserraza’s team, Free plan) shows the banner: “now running on operational credits – production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
- Current billing period: Sep 5 – Oct 4
- Credits available: 27 (the Free plan should have 300)
- Usage in this period: 0.028 credits (almost nothing)
- Previous period (Aug 5 – Sep 4): about 316 credits, mostly Agent Runner / AI usage
The new cycle started on Sep 5 with almost no usage, yet the 300 monthly credits do not appear to have been granted. Only operational credits are showing, so production deploys stay blocked. This looks like the same problem as this thread: Free plan — production deploys still blocked since Jul 24, monthly 300 credits never granted
What I tried: Checked Usage & billing → Credits and confirmed the usage above. (Screenshots attached.)
Request: Please check whether the monthly credit grant failed for my team, grant the credits, and re-enable production deploys.
