Free plan — deploys blocked by stale “credit usage exceeded” flag, 30 credits available

Hi Netlify team,

My production deploys are blocked with the error: “Account credit usage exceeded – new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”

However, my Usage & billing page contradicts this:

**•**	Plan: Free

**•**	Current billing period: Jul 17 – Aug 16

**•**	Credits available: 30 (shown with a warning icon)

**•**	Concurrent builds: 0/1

This is a small static site deployed by drag-and-drop. This looks like the same stale “credit usage exceeded” flag issue reported by other Free plan users recently. Could you please clear the flag on my account so I can deploy again?

Hi, following up on this — it’s been over 24 hours. My deploys are still blocked by the stale “credit usage exceeded” flag while my Usage & billing shows 30 credits available. Could someone from the team please clear the flag? Site: janoabarcamusic.com. Thank you.

Please Switch to cloudflare. Its free,Easy, unlimited too.

I’m seeing the exact same issue on my team. Team slug: racheli-arc, site: racheli-office.netlify.app. Usage & Billing shows 29.9/30 credits remaining, but the red banner still blocks production deploys. Would appreciate a fix on this too

Team is stuck in operational-credits mode — production deploys and Agent Runners paused — but Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available. Same credit-flag bug reported above. Please clear the flag.
