# Free plan — deploys blocked by stale "credit usage exceeded" flag (30/30 credits available)

Hi Netlify team,

All production deploys on my team are blocked with the error “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”, but my Usage & Billing page shows 30 of 30 credits still available, with a warning icon next to the balance. The block does not match my actual usage, since the billing period has only just started and nothing has been consumed.

This looks like the same stale credit-usage flag that several other Free plan accounts have reported over the past weeks.
